# Adding Issues To A Narrative

There are multiple ways to connect issues to narratives. In [Linking Issues To Narratives](/getting-started/reporting-and-documenting-misinformation/editing-an-issue/editing-within-the-issues-list/linking-issues-to-narratives.md), we covered how to add narratives when you are editing an issue. Below, we look at [starting from the narrative editing page](/getting-started/managing-narratives.md#narrative-editing-page) and adding issues to it. Note that the "Narrative Elements" section on this page is an editable list of issues.

If you set the cursor in the box below the "Narrative Elements" label and start typing, it will use autosuggest to help you find matching issue titles.

Click the "X" to the left of a previously entered issue title if you want to remove it. When done adding issues, click the "Update Narrative" button to commit the changes.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://docs.junkipedia.org/getting-started/managing-narratives/adding-issues-to-a-narrative.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
