# Issue Title & Description

In order to edit an issue's title or description field [right from the issues list](/getting-started/reporting-and-documenting-misinformation/editing-an-issue/editing-within-the-issues-list.md), roll over the field with your cursor until a pencil icon appears just after the test. You can then click on this pencil icon to edit the text right in place.
