# Enviar un reporte vía WhatsApp

El envío de [reportes](/es/material-de-referencia/glosario.md#reportes) a un canal de reportes de WhatsApp funciona de manera similar al [canal de SMS](/es/primeros-pasos/reportar-y-documentar-la-desinformacion/uso-de-los-canales-de-reportes-fuera-de-junkipedia/enviar-un-reporte-via-sms.md).

Después de agregar el canal de reportes a tus contactos de WhatsApp, inicia un nuevo mensaje a este contacto. Si encontraste el contenido en línea en un espacio público, puedes enviar un enlace. Si no puedes proporcionar un enlace al contenido, por ejemplo, si lo encontraste en el mundo físico, en un grupo privado o en un mensaje directo, puedes enviar una captura de pantalla o una descripción escrita.

Haz clic en enviar. Recibirás un mensaje de confirmación que dirá: "¡Reporte recibido!"
