# Reportar y documentar la desinformación

## Los asuntos representan contenido rastreado

El contenido problemático en redes sociales se envía a Junkipedia a través de reportes. Una vez validado el reporte, se crea un asunto para rastrear el contenido en el sistema, establecer un vínculo entre múltiples reportes que hacen referencia al mismo contenido y permitir que los colaboradores de Junkipedia añadan información adicional al asunto.
