# Deshabilitar un canal de reportes

Puedes habilitar y deshabilitar los canales de reportes de tu organización. Para hacerlo, ve a la página "Manage Tiplines" (Gestionar canales de reportes). Desde allí, haz clic en los botones "include/exclude" para agregar o eliminar canales de reportes del código QR y la tarjeta de contacto de tu organización.

Haz clic en los botones "habilitar/deshabilitar" para activar o desactivar tus canales de reportes. Los canales habilitados pueden recibir reportes, mientras que los deshabilitados no podrán recibirlos.

Puedes habilitar o deshabilitar cualquier canal de reportes en cualquier momento. **Si crees que alguno de tus canales de reportes ha sido comprometido por spam o un usuario malintencionado, envía un correo electrónico a <help@junkipedia.org> para que podamos ayudarte.**
